The aim is not to entirely remove all nose hair as some nasal hair is required to protect your nasal passage and keep it clean.

Only those unappealing nose hairs protruding from the nose should be removed and this is best done with a suitable electric or battery nose hair trimmer. There are a many nasal hair trimmers on the market specially designed for the purpose of trimming nasal hair quickly, safely and painlessly.

There are two main types of nasal hair trimmers. Both use a spinning blade to cut the nose hair. The first type uses a blade which spins in just one direction and the other type uses a blade which continuously changes direction from left to right. Whilst both will do the identical job in removing nasal hair, some believe that the second type is less uncomfortable.

Remember the aim is not to get rid of all nose hairs, just trim the unattractive ones. Nasal hair trimming only takes a few seconds and should be performed as part of a regular grooming routine.
