There are two main types of nose hair trimmers. Both use a spinning blade to cut the nose hair. The first type uses a blade which spins in just one direction and the other type uses a blade which constantly changes direction from left to right. Whilst both will do the equivalent job in removing nasal hair, some believe that the second type is less distressing.
